Milk Ingredients Reporting System (MIRS)
The Canadian Dairy Commission (CDC) has developed a new web-based reporting system that simplifies the reporting of purchases and sales by further processors and distributors registered in the Special Milk Class Permit Program (SMCPP). This system is called the Milk Ingredient Reporting System or MIRS.
MIRS allows participants in the SMCPP to enter their program reports directly online.

Background and purpose of the program
The Milk Access for Growth (MAG) program guarantees a sufficient supply of milk (whole or skim) to manufacture products that will grow total market demand.
